ORDERING

Can I order by phone or email?

We recommend ordering through our website for a fast and easy checkout process. However, if you have any issues with ordering online, please contact our customer service team at sales@giftedbyfreefrom.org for assistance with phone or email orders.

Can I cancel my order?

Depending on the status of your order, you may be able to cancel or change your order. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to make any changes or cancellations.

What method of payments are accepted by Gifted?

We accept most major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and other online payment methods. You can view our accepted payment methods listed on the footer of our website.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

What are my shipping options?

Priority shipping is available via  USPS or UPS. We ship our orders 3 times a week, and packages typically take 5-7 business days to arrive.

We offer only international shipping to Canada via USPS only.

What if I put the wrong address?

If you accidentally included the wrong address on your order, please email us immediately at sales@giftedbyfreefrom.org. If your order has not shipped, we will do our best to modify the address. Once the order has shipped, we cannot make any changes, and you will need to follow up with the shipping courier directly.

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your Gifted purchase, you may return your order within 30 days from the date you received it in order to receive an exchange. Gifted does not provide refunds, as our goal is to financially support the survivor-entrepreneurs who handcraft our products and the survivor-employees who operate the store. For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for reimbursement. Contact sales@giftedbyfreefrom.org to start a return.

How can I contact Gifted?

You can contact a member of the Gifted team via email at sales@giftedbyfreefrom.org. Please allow a 24 to 48-hour response time during working business days. Our operating hours are Mon-Fri from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. For weekends, kindly allow a 72-hour response time.
