FAQ'S

  • How can I contact Gifted? 
    • You can contact a member of the Gifted team via email at sales@giftedbyfreefrom.org. Please allow a 24-48 hour response time on working business days. Our operating hours are Mon-Fri INSERT HOURS. For weekends, kindly allow a 72- hour response time. 
  • What is your return policy?
    • If you are not satisfied with your gifted purchase you may return your order within 30 days from the date you received it in order to receive an exchange. Gifted does not provide refunds as our goal is to help financially support survivor entrepreneurs. As a reminder, 70% of the cost of your package goes directly to the survivor entrepreneurs who made these products. Each box and product is packed and shipped by survivors making a living wage of $38.46/hr. For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for reimbursement. Contact sales@giftedbyfreefrom.org to start a return.
  • What are my shipping options?
    • Priority shipping available, we use USPS or UPS. We ship our orders 3 times a week, and it takes 5-7 business days to arrive.
    • We offer only international shipping to Canada via USPS only 
  • Can I cancel my order? 
    • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If there is an issue with your order you may return it to us to process an exchange. 
  • What if I put the wrong address? 
    • If you accidentally inserted the wrong address on your order please email us immediately at sales@giftedbyfreefrom.org. If your order has not shipped, we will do our best to modify the address. Once the order has shipped, we cannot make any changes and you will need to follow up with the shipping courier directly.
